The Cricket Valley Energy Center (CVEC) team is currently seeking the renewal of the facility’s existing Title V Air Pollution Control Permit to continue operating its natural gas-fired power facility. A Public Participation Plan is a required part of the renewal process, ensuring the public has an opportunity to comment on the application.
