The Town Board of the Town of Dover will be hosting a public comment session to solicit feedback on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for Cricket Valley Energy's proposed state-of-the-art, combined-cycle power plant planned for an inactive industrial site off Route 22 in Dover, New York.
What: DEIS Public Comment Session
When: July 9, 2011, Saturday, at 9:00 am
Where: Dover Town Hall, 126 E. Duncan Hill Road, Dover Plains, NY 12522
The DEIS public comment session will provide the public with an additional opportunity to comment on the DEIS, CVE's air and wetlands permit applications, and draft permits. The public comment session has been scheduled at the request of the Dover Town Board and all comments will be presented to the Department of Environmental Conservation, lead agency for the project, to become part of the record.
